30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it and include any original packaging and accessories.

You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact MOTIVANTA Customer Support before sending your item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please do not send products back to the address shown on the original shipping package. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

We may request photos or other information to help verify the issue.

Compatibility

Our Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto Adapter requires a vehicle that already supports wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto.

Please verify compatibility before purchasing. If you're unsure whether your vehicle is compatible, contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for your original purchase and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please contact MOTIVANTA Customer Support.

Return Shipping

Return-shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and accepted. Do not return an item before receiving return instructions from us.
